Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and an old rival family wants him found
