Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Theodoric wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theodoric is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
