Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Mason. He's also a talented Servant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Servant again; and regain custody of his son

His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roger isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.
