Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Dean reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Adelard's homeland. Adelard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
