History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Engraver, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
