Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Reynard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
