History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Randal was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Assassin. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
