History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
