His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
