History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Shane's homeland. Shane decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has worked as a Map Maker like his mother before him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
