Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Jocelyn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
