History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gerald has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he's looking for his big break
