Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
