History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Butcher like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Description: He dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Cory's homeland. Cory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
