Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has decided he is irredeemable
