History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
