History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Nicholas was born with his mother's beautiful face. Nicholas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his writing dream.
