History: Geoffrey hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Lewis was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tattered old clothes. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Rolf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Recently the stress of being a Laborer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
