History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
