History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Gardener father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Conrad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
