History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Miller mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Gerard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
