Don Carlyle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a red coat. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Poor, Attractive, Nature, Adventurer. Occupation: Painter
Voice: Smoker's lung

Henry Payton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He carries a battered flail and tarnished quarterstaff as well. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Henry liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Jocelyn Cotton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears an entirely yellow suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He carries with him a set of rapiers, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has shaved his head bald. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert Cooper, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This eastern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hubert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
