History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Chad was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raymond studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
