History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anthony never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
