Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Justin was born with his father's beautiful face. Justin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
