Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to protect his home

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Description: This northern man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: To be a Glassblower again.
