History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want him driven away
