History: Arnold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
