Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adam isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Arnold is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
