History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Solomon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Personality: Everard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Everard was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and an old rival family wants him found
