History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has worked as a Shipwright like his father before him.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has shaved his head bald. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Hunter father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands.
