History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
