Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise.
