Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A 5'2" western man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 98. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He worked as a nervous Beggar and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
