History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
