History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
