History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
