Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: This malnourished man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His black hair is still thick. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
