He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
