Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to reunite with his absent father
