History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
