History: Everard was born with his father's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, John's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, John was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
