History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the south to a Glassblower, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
