Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Gilbert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Guard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Gomory was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barrister. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
