Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His white hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to pay off his debts

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Animal Trainer like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Don hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Don was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
