History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alex never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
