History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Frederick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adelard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
