History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
