Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balimaar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
