History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
